Shortly thereafter, as we navigate our way through a packed train station, we make it to our bus.
On the bus we realize that Anna and Erin are gone- lost in our first few minutes in Beijing. Shaw and Tiffany jump off the bus to go and find them. The rest of us all head to the subway station, and I experience my first time on a subway. This is also when Andrea, Kristen, and Courtney don't make it out of the subway before the doors shut close on them. In the meantime Anna and Erin are found and their group grabs a taxi and makes it to our hostel. The rest of us are told to stay put even if we have to sit there for two hours or more, while another head teacher heads after the kidnapped-by-the-subway-girls. Luckily they all made it back in about ten minutes, and we headed down the street to our hostel.

After unpacking we go out on an adventure getting to know our surrounding streets and parks. We end up at the hostel to find that everyone is headed to... a... CLUB! Andrea look at each other and decide that we club virgins were going. Our first club experience, and it is a club in China. The club was fun, and we stayed up way too late for the second night in a row- but we were glad we went. Especially with the group we went with. There were alot of us there so we just danced in our own little group and had a grad time being our goofy selves.
