TEN POINTS FOR GRYFFINDOR!

J.K. ROWLING loved China, like me:
The more I see of China the more I think of Harry Potter. Yes I do have red hair, and I always knew that it was me, not Ginny, that he should have ended up with!
I bought a dragon. He is red, and good luck, but Harry has had his encounters with dragons too. Mine is a good one though, and his name is Seuss. It is for sure that Hagrid and I would be great friends.

Everyone in China drives scooters or motorbikes around. So when it rains they have these special ponchos that fit all the way around the bike. As they zoom down the street these maroon colored ponchos flutter out behind them looking like robes on the Quidditch players. Yes the Chinese ride brooms around, or at least that's what it looks like. And considering Cho Chang is from China I'll keep my eyes open for signs of her too.
We also rode in a sleeper bus to Yangshuo this weekend. We didn't know it would be a sleeper bus, but once we got on all we could think of was the Knight Bus. Our bus driver drove about the same way as in the book, if our beds weren't screwed down we would have been sliding everywhere too.

I'll post pictures of this last one, because I just had to pose in Diagon Alley! It was this creepy little alley where our hostel was. When we arrived at four in the morning we thought we would for sure all be mugged and killed, but luckily we found the portal to the wizard world. Too bad all of us are muggles.
